- $165.00 cleaning fee per stay
- 10% occupancy tax
- $300.00 security deposit per stay

Bookings
- The security deposit is due within one week of making a reservation. If not received on time, the reservation will be cancelled.
- Full payment must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Christmas and New Year bookings are due 60 days prior to arrival.
- Bookings made less than 30 days in advance must be paid in full at the time of booking.
